Principles
Our organization focuses on documenting our principles. They are a treasure and help guide us in making the right decisions in the toughest times. These four management principles below are a fraction of them but are some of the most important that we have catalogued.
- Management: Set audacious goals for every undertaking. Create plans for those goals. Be detailed in those plans. Execute those plans with persistence. Have faith in the carefully designed plans. Have faith in the process. Have faith in each other and in the overwhelming power of God. Be grateful for every accomplishment and share that gratitude with every team member.
- Management: Manage the process not the people. There are no bad team members, only bad leaders.
- Management/Life: Our failures force us to be humble. Through humility we are forced to discover our weaknesses, understand them and embrace them to bring them into balance with our strengths. Our weaknesses often are a direct result of our strengths.
- Management: Pain is a great sign of achieving audacious goals. It’s an important part of the process. It leads to rapid learning and evolving. It forces us to deal with our mistakes and weaknesses. Mistakes + Pain + Reflection = Growth and Evolution

Inspiration for Our Name
Audentes Humilitatem is latin for Confident Humility. This is the core characteristic that we look for in every team member.
In modern-day business the term “Level Five Leadership” is a more common description of Audentes Humilitatem. Level Five Leadership was a concept developed by Jim Collins which describes a leader that displays a powerful mixture of humility and indomitable will. It is a person that is incredibly ambitious, but their ambition is first and foremost for the cause, for the organization and its purpose, not themselves.
The idea that there was a genuine need for level five leadership in real estate came while sitting at a desk on the Fifth Floor office of a REPE firm in Miami, FL in 2010. Part of our purpose is to build a company that is comprised of level five talent that can be mentored to produce an array of level five leaders so that these leaders can continue to change the world. Since this idea came while on the fifth floor, the name Fifth Level was a natural choice.

“Bring compelling value to customers by becoming the greatest real estate consulting and asset management firm in the world.”
